Who We Are

Bay Care Assisted Living is a family-owned residential care home located 20 miles north of San Francisco in the city of San Pablo. Our 24-hours awake Caregivers are trained to provide care, assistance, and companionship to both men and women that are 65+ years old. Our services include but is not limited to dementia care, respite care, hospice care, cancer care, supervision and observation, care management, and many more.
